Can Coffee Help or Harm?

Do you know the nutritional value of adding Coffee to your day? I know we know of a friend who drank coffee for years. When they stopped drinking, they looked like a crackhead going through withdrawal. They were shaking, losing focus, and couldn't live without COFFEE. ☕The sweetened drink wasn't a delete it was a war on their nervous system, accelerated their heart rate, and seemed to be nothing good.

Yet a Harvard doctor, Hu, said, "...moderate coffee intake—about 2–5 cups a day—is linked to a lower likelihood of type 2 diabetes, heart disease, liver and endometrial cancers, Parkinson's disease, and depression. It's even possible that people who drink coffee can reduce their risk of early death."

So, where is the truth❓ The truth is that not all coffee is harvested, brewed, or contains the antioxidants to give you, the drinker, the best benefits. Adding loads of sugar, creamer, and milk could likely be the reason more people have problems than drinking the coffee itself! So, how can you avoid turning your Black Cup of Joe into a Vanilla Cup of Joe? You have to have good-tasting coffee to begin with! 🌟

What I love about Olbali's brand of coffee is that it is health conscious, health forward with its harvesting technique, and it tastes great! Offering two bold flavors to please any social or avid coffee drinker is their mission.

Order coffee guilt-free with Olbali. Plus, we have other great brands to mention. We are working on the list now and doing our research because we believe in supporting Black-owned Businesses.

In our posts, I want to show you how women can better their community with Coffee!
